Ricardo Manuel Fábrega Lacoa

Ricardo Fábrega is a physician and has a Master’s in public management, a three-year degree in public-private cooperation from IE Madrid and in social management from Indes.

He was deputy minister of health in Chile, deputy director of the National Health Fund and director of the medical network management division of the public health system. He has also served as a consultant to PAHO in Latin America. He teaches public health at the Catholic University and Central University in Chile. He is an associate researcher at the Centre for Development Studies and Director of Mestesa América.
