She has worked at the Andalusian Educational Evaluation Agency as a technician in curriculum competences assessment, at Fundación ICH in Seville as a job technician for the Experimental Job Actions Programme, at Dinotec as a consultant in the professional profiles analysis and description department, at Dopp Consultores as a consultant for professional profiles selection, at ELIMCO as a technician in the human resource development and management and at Mantelnor Galicia as a technician in human resources management in the southern zone. She worked in human resources management at Laborman and was a technician in training management at Forys. She is currently a senior consultant in personnel management and development and a consultant in METESA Asesoría Sanitaria’s Personnel Management Department, where she has participated as a consultant in the Pilot Competence Management Project for the Cantabrian Health Service.
