José Manuel Martínez Riquelme

has a five-year degree in philosophy and literature, a three-year degree in industrial psychology and a Master’s in human resource management from ICADE. 

He was the personnel director at MIDC, S.A. (Supermercados Aurrerá y Cafeterías VIPS), Galerías Preciados Inversiones y Servicios, S.A., Cerámica Bellavista, S.A. and HYTASA. He has been the CEO of DEIN Consultores and director of Price Waterhouse Coopers, occupying the post of HRM director for Spain, Italy and Portugal; he was also the director of the same department at IBM Consulting. With Ediciones Pirámide, he has published the book Conflicto y Negociación and participated in the book Gestión Hospitalaria led by José Luis Temes. He is currently Director of the Human Resources Department at Mestesa Asesoría Sanitaria.
