José Carmelo Albillos Merino
José Carmelo Albillos holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and is a specialist in radiology.

He was an associate physician at Hospital 12 de Octubre (1993) and department head at the Hospital Universitario Fundación Alcorcón (1997); he is currently the head of the Central Radiology Department of the Community of Madrid (2008 to date). Albillos has extensive experience in the implementation and management of medical imaging information systems. He is chairman of the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise España group and has been a contributor to the publication Gestión Hospitaria (McGraw-Hill, Temes and Mengíbar Eds). He collaborates with MESTESA Asesoría Sanitaria.
